How it works
From your first event to your next decision.
Create a project, connect your website or application, and define the outcomes you want to measure. Start small, then add detail as your questions grow.

Set up your project
Create your account when registration is open. Create an organization and a project. Choose a timezone and the privacy settings that fit your collection needs.
The project gives you a separate place for its reports, integration keys, and controls. Optional workspaces group projects for larger teams.
Connect the activity
Create an ingest key. Use the provided browser snippet for a website. Use the HTTP API for activity from a server, job, or webhook. Configure allowed origins and consent before you send activity.
Open your website and check the first-event status. The onboarding guide remains available until the project receives its first event.
Keep one source for page views. When the browser tracker records a page load, do not send a second page view from your server. Server events can record an outcome such as a completed payment.
Define what success means
Start with traffic and engagement. Add a goal such as a completed signup. Send meaningful product events to examine activation. Save the funnel you want to review again.
Use weekly cohorts for repeat use and revenue events for purchase outcomes. Cross-visit analysis depends on your privacy and consent settings.
Make the result useful to your team
Invite teammates, create a saved report, or share an aggregate link. Add an alert for a change you need to know about. Review the same question after your next product change.
Read supported integrations, follow the SaaS example, or open the user manual.
