Ask a questionWhat happens past the events ceiling?
Collection does not stop. Every event past the allowance is still accepted, counted and kept for the plan's retention. What a plan buys is the ability to read those events: past the allowance the analytics screens say so until the plan grows. Nothing is dropped and nothing needs re-sending.
What does retention mean here?
How long an event is kept. The number is stamped on every event when it arrives, so a plan change applies to new events from that moment.
Is a seat a person?
A member of the workspace or a pending invitation. The Business plan has no seat limit.
Can I move a project to another workspace?
An owner of both workspaces can, from the Organization page. The data moves with it; public links, alert deliveries, weekly reports and the monthly export are withdrawn, and the destination's project limit applies.
