Product / Revenue and attribution

Give your conversion reports a business outcome.

Track revenue events and compare goal attribution. Examine recorded purchases alongside the sources and product actions that matter to your SaaS.

Connect recorded revenue to product activity.
  • Revenue events
  • Currency groups
  • Attribution reports

Supply the amount, currency, and event context. Separate currencies stay separate in reports.

Connect the outcome you want to measure

Send a revenue event through a supported integration. The revenue adapter accepts purchase information for analytics. Use the integration documentation to select the correct event fields.

Revenue reports depend on the events you send. DataVisitors is not an accounting ledger or a replacement for your payment provider.

Compare where conversions begin and end

Choose a goal and compare first-click with last-click attribution. The first interaction and the final interaction can tell different stories about the same conversion.

Use campaign reports and goal definitions together before you decide which acquisition work to repeat.

Keep currency and estimates clear

The product can show recorded revenue and estimated visitor value by currency. An estimate is not a recorded payment. Amounts in different currencies should not be treated as one converted total.

Individual value views require the People controls. Aggregate reporting does not require exposing a person's profile through a public share link.

An illustrative subscription workflow

Track a signup, an activation event, and a purchase event. Inspect the activation funnel. Review the purchase goal's attribution. Compare retention before deciding whether acquisition quality improved.

Continue with product analytics or team reporting.
