Organize the products you operate
Organizations hold projects and team access. Optional workspaces group projects when you need another level of organization. Switch between projects without creating separate analytics accounts for each one.
Project and seat allowances depend on the plan. Workspaces group work; they do not create a separate organization permission model.
Share without sharing everything
Invite members and choose their roles. Use revocable public share links when someone needs an aggregate report without an account. The share surface does not expose individual profiles.
Use the optional weekly digest for recurring updates. Export a report as CSV or query aggregates through the API for your own reporting tools.
Connect controlled access
API keys have separate ingest, read, and management scopes. Supported OAuth applications can request delegated access. Revoke access when an integration no longer needs it.
Eligible plans support OpenID Connect single sign-on and audit-log viewing. Available features depend on the current plan and the configuration.
A workflow for agencies and multi-product teams
Create a project for each site or product. Group projects into workspaces when useful. Invite the people who need organization access. Share an aggregate link with an external stakeholder who needs only the report.
